Kitty’s Coffee Cake

Make sure all ingredients are at room temp.

3 cups Flour

2 cups sugar

½ tsp salt

½ stick margarine melted

2 tsp baking soda

Rub all ingred. Together, make crumbly

Take out 1 cup and put in big bowl

Into remaining ingred. Add –

2 eggs

1 cup milk

2 tsp vanilla

Mix  make sure no lumps in batter

Put batter in large glass pyrex dish 15 x 10 grease and flour pan first

In bowl with crumbs add –

4 sticks soft margarine

1 ½ cups sugar

4 cups flour

4 tbsp cinnamon

Make crumbly, shape into small balls, big balls and just crumbs  - put over top of batter

Bake 350 about 45 min
