3-5 lb. Leg of lamb, cut into stewing chuncks|
In Dutch oven braise lamb in oil over medium high heat. 5 minutes per side.Reduce heat, add onions and garlic and sautee until tender. Add all remaining ingredients, bring to a boil , and simmer, uncovered ½-1 hour over medium-low heat. Place in 350 oven until done (25-30 minutes per pound.)
