Oat Bran and Raisin Muffins

2 cups oatbran
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinammon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup skim milk (or reconstituted dry milk)
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 egg whites
1 cup raisins

 Beat together milk, honey, oil and eggs. Mix dry ingredients and add to egg mixture, stirring to blend. Add raisins.

Makes one dozen muffins. (Use muffin cups or greased tins.)

Bake at 425 F.
