This post card was sent from Monmouth on Nov. 15, 1907 (the day after a fire destroyed Main Hall), and addressed to Mrs Frank Marshall, Sparland, Illinois. The text reads as follows:

"Don't know whether I sent you one of these cards before or not. Am sending a paper this a.m. with an account of the fire in it. They are having classes in the 2nd church and auditorium - Minnie."
